So, Who Am I?

For 2 years I performed as the lead programmer of a competitive robotics team. Some of the tasks carried out by the development of software for the robot controller through an SDK, design and construction of the robot next to our mechanic, electronics and cable management. Some of our achievements where to reach regionals and super regionals in USA tournaments. This would be the start of my journey as a software developer.

At Bunker Robotics I worked for 2 and a half years as an engineer's assistant in the workshop, I was a teacher for primary and secondary children teaching subjects such as electronics and programming. I also participated as a mentor for two competitive robotics teams within this school, reaching regional and national competitions in two different categories with both teams.

After moving to Guadalajara to start my university studies in software engineering, I embarked on a journey through web development, the new emerging technologies in this area and how to design an infrastructure that could support useful web applications efficiently. During this time I learned about the use of technologies such as React.js, MongoDB, Express.js and gained experience using platforms such as Hostgator, WordPress and Adobe to design custom pages for clients.

As part of my professional internship, I worked for 6 months with the Rocket Publicidad team, in the area of ​​web development. I had the opportunity to work for the first time in an environment completely directed towards software production, advertising and marketing, helping companies to grow their brand and have a digital presence on the internet and social networks.

At One Primal I was fortunate to be able to take on a greater leadership role, taking responsibility for the administration of two projects where it was necessary to carry out an initial scouting with the client with the objective of obtaining the project requirements and then working with them. using the agile methodology. In this company, where I worked for 2 years, I strengthened my technical skills and acquired new ones such as DevOps operations through a CI/CD using Docker as an encapsulation tool for applications developed in various frameworks such as Laravel, Adonis.js or Vue.js.

I am currently working with IBM, an international company with more than 100 years of presence in the technology and innovation industry. Here I work as a Full-stack Engineer who works with cloud resources and services, developing software for internal company use, improving and increasing the efficiency of existing systems, always maintaining impeccable code quality that adheres to regulations and standards. that are required within the company. With IBM I have been able to grow professionally acquiring all kinds of skills typical of a software architect, data scientist and iteration manager, which will allow me to grow even more in the future and expand my horizons.
